Bank Service Charges
Service charges in principle are reasonable, but wow, we get away with murder here. Our costumers generally don’t understand these, don’t question them, and don’t fight them. Bounce a check; we’ll hit you with a $25 or $35 fee , though the cost to us is negligible. Overdraw your acct? Dig deeper into your pocket , especially if you haven’t signed up and paid for overdraft protection. In some cases, we even have maintenance fees, which are fees for doing nothing.
